Remove Your Old Insole

Can I trim MustWing insoles to fit any shoe?
Yes. Every MustWing insole has printed trim lines on the bottom. Use sharp scissors to cut along the line matching your shoe size. The insole fits US sizes 4 through 14.
Do they work with wide feet?
MustWing insoles are designed to fit standard to wide-width shoes. The flexible EVA foam naturally adapts to your foot shape. For extra-wide shoes, go one size up for more coverage.
Should I remove my existing insole first?
Yes — always remove the factory insole before inserting MustWing. Stacking insoles reduces the fit and the effectiveness of the acupressure nodes.
Will they make my shoes feel tight?
MustWing insoles are the same thickness as most factory insoles (4–6mm at the toe, 8–10mm at the heel). Since you're replacing — not adding — an insole, your shoe fit stays the same.
