Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required!
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States (Standard): 8-15 business days after shipment
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier schedules, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 2-3 days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at sales@mustwing.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at sales@mustwing.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping to additional countries in the future.
