Shipping policy
Free standard shipping on every US order — no minimum.
- Processing: orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays).
- Delivery: standard delivery takes 8–15 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- We currently ship to the United States only.
- If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email and we'll resolve it — replacement or full refund, your choice.
- Address changes are possible within 24 hours of ordering; after that the package may already be on its way.
