At MustWing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@mustwing.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 24-48 hours.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or issue a full refund without requiring a return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a full refund or free replacement at your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order may have already been shipped and our standard return policy will apply.
