Every MustWing order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund you — no questions asked.
How it works
- Email with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- You don't need to ship anything back. No return shipping fees, no restocking fees — keep or donate the product.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank may need additional time to post it.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Order cancellation Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After that your order may already be processing; the 30-day guarantee still applies once it arrives.
